"The dance was more difficult" to "High School Musical 'Sequel
Hype about High School Musical sequel is rising rapidly, and many can not wait to see if he could surpass the success of the first. The testing and filming the second movie has started earlier this year, and the stars of the film are working hard to give their best.
"We threw all sorts of all obstacles," Monique Coleman, said in a conversation with The Hartford Courant last week. "All of us returning to it, commit to the project that helped us achieve all our successes, is an expression of gratitude to the Disney Channel to make us superstars. "
Coleman added that after the brilliant success of the first School of High Musical, all are aware that "he stakes were higher and the bar was definitely" this time.
The actress, 26 years who plays Taylor McKessie in the movie, East High Science Club Leader and friend of Gabriella Montez (Vanessa Anne Hudgens). His television credits include the reading room, Boston Public, Gilmore Girls, Veronica Mars and The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.
Lucas Grabeel 22 years also told The Hartford Courant that this time, the numbers music and dance steps were definitely harder than ever.
"It was much more difficult compared with the technical things we do," Grabeel said. "Dance is more difficult, more difficult music … every character is involved more."
In the sequel to the hit movie Disney, Lucas Grabeel reprises his role as Ryan Evans, the slightly better half of her twin sister, Sharpay (Ashley Tisdale). Her other acting credits include Boston Legal, Veronica Mars, 'Til Death and Alice.
The first film focused more on the burgeoning relationship between the two main characters played by Vanessa Anne Hudgens and Zac Efron. This time, however, Lucas Grabeel, said fans can expect to see more input from the other characters in the foreground in the long-awaited sequel.
"The first High School Musical was much more about Troy [Zac Efron] and Gabriella – struggling with his new school and his struggle to choose between basketball and singing," Grabeel, he said. "This is more of a group of people."
But despite the expectations raised, the actors and actresses of the series still had a lot of fun in creating the sequel, Monique Coleman said.
"I think it's an idea you have about what they expect from this movie," Coleman said. "I am proud of the fact that they fall into the trap of letting ourselves to be pressured into anything other than having a fantastic time.
