John Murtari being tube fed, continues Passive Resistance for Civil Rights and equality of children

Devoted and loving father of John Murtari received a feeding tube today, and says he is relieved. Murtari, founder of a right Kids, is conducting passive resistance does not eat or drink to make stressed the need to reform family law, civil rights of noncustodial parents and parental authority.

Murtari health began to deteriorate soon after that became the Jamesville Correctional Facility in New York in July 31. Twenty-eight pounds lost in 9 days, was as low blood pressure, medical staff could not get a diastolic reading, had uncontrollable shakes, and was beginning to have trouble completing a sentence. He agreed to cooperate with doctors when told he would be giving a feeding tube, so there were approximately 30 ounces of water and 2 nutritional supplements since moved to the Onondaga County Justice Center on August 3.

Murtari has been charged with willful failure to pay child support even if he says he has been paying as much as he can afford. Your child support order was calculated using the salary of a previous job, at twice the income is now done.

This practice of imputing income has thrown many noncustodial parents in arrears, threatening its drivers and business licenses, and freedom, as in the case of Murtari. What once was created to protect the children of "qualified" parents now focuses on average people, the normal, loving, responsible, respectful of the parents of both sexes, into criminals.

The demonstration took place outside the Onondaga County Court yesterday on the International Day of Demonstration of John Murtari and Equal education of children. The protesters came from as far afield as Canada and around New York.

Kris Titus was dressed Fathers4Justice/Canada as Wonder Woman and Jim Hayes of Parents and Families of New York was dressed as "the elephant in the room." Joel Benjamin, a member of Fathers4Justice/USA, Tammy Bowman, member of the New York Civil Rights Council of Fathers4Justice/Canada Guy Lavigne, Jennifer Kuhn, of the National Coalition of Free Men / Greater New York, Mark Young Parents exile / Virginia, and Chris Shaw, of raising children equal Canadian Association were also present. Several television crews stopped by participants and interviewees, and two articles have been published in newspapers. (links below)

In a show of support for education Murtari and Equal of children, the pictures have been sent to the Purple Ribbon Campaign around the world. (Purple is known as the color of equality.) Reform of family law advocacy and activism, is occurring in dozens of countries where a common phrase is: "The best parent is both parents."
